foundation Capital was started by a like minded group of individuals that have a history of helping construction investors and business owners in times of financial need. We understand some of the problems that occur over a long term building project, business venture and the trouble you can experience with funding the final stages. Banks understand these hiccups, however, at a time when you need funds quickly their legal red tape, hurdles that need to be jumped and boxes that must be ticked can slow you down. Likewise you may be a business that requires capital, however you have limited security. This is where we excel. We have intimate knowledge of the requirements needed to make this process quick and as painless as possible. We are able to do this because the finance we source on your behalf can come from private investors that are able to release funds to our clients quickly because they understand your business the same as we do. At times we do assist you source funds from banks depending on your circumstances.
Our service to you is to assist you in preparing the necessary documentation, understanding the details and structure, complete applications and sit beside you through the process. We work for no one except you and because of this our services are truly independent

While foundation Capital works with money and complex financial structures we are not Financial Planners, we do not give product advice and we will not make investment recommendations, nor are we lawyers or accountants. We do not write loans nor are we finance aggregators.
Our services are purely there to assist you in sourcing the finance.
what you need to do
Much the same as you can not complete a quality construction project or operate a business without the correct tools, trades people or organisation, foundation Capital can not provide a smooth service to you without the necessary information, paperwork and co-operation. At times we will need to speak to your financial advisors (financial planners, accountants etc). This will reduce the time until your finance is organised as well as the number of times we will need to return to you for further information
